HISTORY ADVENTRX Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is the result of a merger, effective October 10, 2000, between BioQuest, Inc., a public company, and Biokeys, Inc., a privately held entity. The two companies adjusted outstanding shares, options, and warrants on a 50/50 basis. In June 2003, the Company was renamed ADVENTRX Pharmaceuticals, Inc. In April 2004, the Company announced that its common stock began listing on the American Stock Exchange (Amex®) under the ticker symbol "ANX". |
