(OTCBB:BKYS - News) is pleased to announce the addition of Steven Plumb as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to his new position with the Company, he served as a consultant to the Company and was intimately involved in the internal preparation of the Company's financial statements during 2002. Mr. Plumb is President of Steven M. Plumb, P.C., a business consulting firm headquartered in Houston, Texas, that provides accounting and technology services to companies to streamline and manage their accounting operations. He has over 20 years experience in accounting and consulting in a diverse array of industries, including biotechnology, healthcare, and telecommunications. Prior to starting his own firm in 1992, Mr. Plumb served as the Chief Financial Officer of DePelchin Children's Center and as a controller of Memorial City Rehabilitation Hospital, both in Houston, Texas. He is also a former auditor for and consultant with KPMG. Mr. Plumb earned his BBA degree in accounting from the University of Texas in Austin, Texas in 1981. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Information Technology section of the American Institute of CPAs. He is also a popular speaker on Accounting Technology.
